Policies
1. Order is not confirmed until full payment has been made.
2. Due to COVID-19, your order may be cancelled last minute without warning.
3. It may take 24-48 hours (possibly longer depending on the season) for a reply. Please respect this time. Please check your junk/spam mail.
4. We do not create cakes that have moving parts, fondant sculptures, obscure themes or pyrotechnics. If you are not sure what we make, please visit our social media page.
5. We do not replicate or copy other designs. We can go off of inspiration but please note that the final design will vary. Designs are done by hand and are subject to artistic interpretation
6. We offer delivery for an additional fee based on location.
7. Pick-up is in the SE of Calgary. You must agree to pick up your order exactly at the agreed-upon time. You may not pick up earlier or later. Failure to pick up exactly at the agreed-upon time may result in loss of order without a refund.
8. Our kitchen is not allergy-free. Cross-contamination with nuts, dairy or gluten may happen. Contact us if you have any allergy or dietary questions.
9. A minimum of 14 days' notice is needed to cancel an order. After that, no refunds will be made. If there is an emergency or illness, the payment will be transferred to an order made for a later date.
10. When an order is picked up, it is considered accepted. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, colour shade, or general design will not be honoured after the order is picked up.
11. We are not responsible for any damage done to the product after it has been delivered and set-up
12. We are not responsible for damages made after you pick up your order.
13. Flavours are subjective. Refunds or re-makes will not be made if the flavour isn't your exact liking.
14. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is based on labour, utilities & cost of goods.
15. We do not tolerate abuse of any kind. This may include rude language, bullying, harassment or threats.
16. Late payments on orders that can still be accommodated are subject to a 20% surcharge.
