Meet Madison

Madison is the face, founder & head pastry chef of Modern Bake. She completed her education at the competitive Baking & Pastry Arts program at SAIT.

 

Upon graduating, Madison worked within the industry at some of Calgary's top food spots and even travel to NYC to learn the art of sugar flowers from the world's best, RBI.

 

She has always been a creative individual. Throughout grade school, Madison studied art and culinary. She also took many Wilton Cake Decorating courses as well as competed in 3 Skills Canada competitions.
